How an engagement runs

  1. We look at the business

    A week reading your numbers and talking to the people who do the work. No presentation at this stage.

  2. We put the options in front of you

    Two or three routes, each one costed, each one with its risks named. You choose; we are not precious about which.

  3. We stay while it is done

    Support through implementation for as long as the change takes, rather than a report handed over at the door.

About the firm

Zimi Enterprises Ltd is a business consultancy working with owner-managed companies — the size where one bad decision is felt within the quarter and one good one changes the year.

We are deliberately small. You work with the person who did the analysis, not with an account manager who relays it. Engagements are scoped to a fixed price before they start, so the cost of advice is never a reason to stop asking for it.
